We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the order weight and destination address.

Domestic Orders (Australia): Shipped via Australia Post within one business day after payment (stock permitting).

International Orders: Competitive international shipping rates with full tracking.

Combine & Save: Add multiple items to your cart — our checkout automatically combines shipping for the best rate.

Transit Insurance: We strongly recommend selecting Transit Loss Cover (1–2%) to protect your order. Replacement of lost or damaged parcels is available only if insurance was selected.
We do not add extra handling fees — what you pay is the exact cost charged by Australia Post.

We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit (EFT), and other secure online payment methods without surcharge.
Approved businesses, government organisations, and educational institutions may also use Purchase Orders (POs) or Net 30 Terms.

We separate GST to maintain transparent global pricing for both local and international business clients.
🤝 Refund, Exchange & Warranty Policy
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and handle returns or exchanges case-by-case with fairness and transparency.
Our 30-day return policy:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

A restocking fee may apply depending on the product.

Returns after 30 days, special-order items, or products damaged by misuse are not eligible for refund/exchange.
Repairs & Warranty:

Products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the invoice date.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any faults or missing items.

For warranty assessment, we may liaise directly with the manufacturer’s technical team.

Repairs are completed within a reasonable time, depending on parts availability.
