USR DR-124 RS485 to 2.4GHZ LoRa Bidirectional Transparent Data Transmission
The USR-DR124 is a new-generation LoRa wireless data transmission and an ultra-compact 2.4GHz LoRa modem developed based on the SX128x chip. It features an RS485 port, high cost-effectiveness, strong anti-interference capability and good stability. It operates in the frequency band of 2.4GHz-2.5GHz, with a power supply range.
It enables transparent transmission between RS485 and LoRa, and supports multiple data transmission modes. Additionally, this device comes with advanced features such as LoRa signal detection and LBT detection. With the USR-DR124, users can easily achieve data transmission for on-site serial devices.

Long - Distance Data Transmission
The LoRa wireless transmission power can be selected as 12/27dBm, and the wireless transmission distance is 5 - 8 kilometres.
Multiple Working Modes
Transparent Transmission Mode
Using this mode, data communication between 2 or more serial port devices can be realised.
Fixed-point Mode:
Using this mode, the target address and channel can be flexibly changed during the process, thus altering the data transmission direction.
Master-slave Mode:
Using this mode, the master device can specify the slave device to send data.
Command Mode:
Using this mode, users can query the module’s current status or set parameters by sending AT commands or using the configuration software.
Wireless Remote Parameter configuration
Supports using AT commands and configuration software to read and set parameters of remote devices via LoRa wireless, greatly reducing operation and maintenance costs.
Relay Networking
The USR-DR124 can realise multi-level relay networking, suitable for ultra-long-range or complex environment networking communication, and allows multiple networks in the same region.
Signal Detection Function
The signal detection function supports current channel environment detection, LoRa communication data transmission signal detection, and indicator light display, facilitating on - site deployment.

Current Channel Environment Detection: A single device detects interference in the current working band, outputs SNR and signal values to determine the signal quality of the working band.

Data Transmission Signal Detection: During data transmission between multiple devices, the received data carries SNR and signal values to determine the signal quality of the current data transmission.
Listen Before Talk(LBT)
Actively monitor the channel environment noise before sending, and delay sendingwhenthe noise exceeds the threshold. This function can effectively improve the communication success rate of the module in harsh environments, and can be used for networktransmission and anti-collision processing.
